On this page you will find some of the top questions we have been asked in the past, or things we thought you might find useful to know about us, our company, or our pdractices.

What are your normal business hours?

Our normal business hours are from 9a-5p Mon-Fri, Central Standard Time. Our programmers are generally flexible with schedules if something arises for one of our clients.

Will you sign a non-disclosure agreement?

Yes. Phrozen Cave Software is committed to protect your confidentiality. We will always take the necessary steps to insure that you have safe & secure transactions with our company.

How secure is my source code and commercial secrets?

We use our own in-house testing servers and firewalls for our source code, along with password and encryption protection for our clients. Unauthorized access to any sensitive data and commercial secrets is virtually impossible.

What software do your servers use?

Our testing servers are currently running under Linux CentOS 5.1, Apache 2.2.9, PHP 5.2.6, and MySQL 5.1. We always keep up with the newest stable versions for our server's software to ensure you have the highest compatibility with current technology.

Can I see my site or program as it's being built?

Yes. We offer a client login area that will allow you to view the progress and stages your software or website is going through. You can also use this member's section to contact us, upload files for us, live chat, view progress, and a few other helpful services to keep you in the loop 150%.

Can you also host my website for me?

Yes and No. We are currently in the process of setting up our own dedicated lines for hosting. When finished, these servers will offer a wide range of hosting options. In the meantime, we do still offer hosting, but the wide range of options is not available. If you would like more information, feel free to contact us.
